If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
To register and maintain a Member account on the e2bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
e2bet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending winnings that arose from ineligible participation.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the e2bet Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
e2bet operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing frameworks. Before processing any withdrawal request, e2bet may require you to submit identity verification documents including, without limitation, a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport, proof of residential address, and evidence of payment method ownership. e2bet reserves the right to refuse withdrawal until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify e2bet immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of your account. e2bet will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
All transactions on the e2bet Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). e2bet supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfers through participating financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB Bank, and Public Bank Berhad.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits made via e-wallet methods are credited to the Member's account balance in real time. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within one to three minutes during banking hours.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by e2bet's payments team on a case-by-case basis. e2bet reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to methods other than those used for deposits may require additional documentation.
e2bet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose its own charges, which are the Member's sole responsibility. e2bet is not liable for any delay, error, or loss caused by a third-party payment provider.
All funds deposited into an e2bet account must originate from a payment source legally owned by the registered Member. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the e2bet Platform. Specific rules governing individual sports, markets, and casino game variants are published in the relevant game or market information sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
e2bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes ("Promotions") to Members. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published at the time the Promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and Promotion-specific terms, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that Promotion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e2bet Platform:
e2bet employs risk management and fraud detection systems that continuously monitor for prohibited conduct. Detection of prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to Member breach, e2bet may forfeit the entire account balance including any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity. Where closure is initiated by e2bet for reasons not attributable to Member breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method.
Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting e2bet support via the live chat facility. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Voluntary closure does not affect the enforceability of any outstanding obligations under these Terms.
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and materials published on the e2bet Platform, including but not limited to the e2bet brand name and logo, are the exclusive intellectual property of e2bet or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any e2bet intellectual property without express prior written authorisation.
You are permitted to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. Scraping, data mining, systematic extraction, or republication of any Platform content is expressly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e2bet's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
e2bet shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if e2bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
e2bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment system outages, and connectivity issues are outside e2bet's direct control. e2bet will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service in a timely manner following any disruption.

e2bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, e2bet will provide notice to Members via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulatory standards applicable under the licensing jurisdiction of e2bet. Malaysian players acknowledge that the Platform is operated under an international online gaming licence and that Malaysian domestic gambling law does not confer regulatory jurisdiction over the Platform's operations.
Any dispute arising between you and e2bet in connection with these Terms shall be referred in the first instance to e2bet's internal dispute resolution process, accessible via the live chat support facility. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body under e2bet's licensing framework. The decision of such body shall be final and binding.
Nothing in this clause affects your rights to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in your jurisdiction of residence.
